Data & AI Adoption LeadJob DescriptionLeading the technical strategy and implementation of AI/HPC solutions, this role combines deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen to drive end-to-end AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and practical business applications.· Design and implement 4-6 new AI infrastructure solutions per year· Performance improvement metrics for implemented solutions (20%+ improvement)· Cost optimization achievements (15-20% reduction in infrastructure costs)· New revenue generated from new AI solutions/products· Number of new technology evaluations completed (6-8 per year)· Successful POCs developed and implemented (4-5 annually)· Technology adoption rate by customers (>70% target)Personal SkillsTechnical · Design scalable AI/HPC infrastructure solutions and build industry focused use cases · Lead GPU/accelerator selection and architecture decisions · Develop vendor-neutral, future-proof technical standards · Optimize cost for AI /HPC workloads/platforms for both training and inference workloads · Evaluate emerging AI technologies (NVIDIA, Groq, Cerebras, etc.) and build roamap to dirve AI adoptionBusiness: · Create AI infrastructure roadmap and implementation strategy · Develop pricing models and technical specifications · Drive business development, customer engagement, AI product development and go-to-market strategy · Identify new market opportunities and use casesTechnical Skills· Strong expertise in HPC, GPU computing, AI frameworks · Proven experience leading complex technical projects · Deep knowledge of infrastructure optimization · Experience with customer engagement and solution designJob Location Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Role Information Technology Years of Experience Min: 10 Max: 12
