· Design and implement 4-6 new AI infrastructure solutions per year
· Performance improvement metrics for implemented solutions (20%+ improvement)
· Cost optimization achievements (15-20% reduction in infrastructure costs)
· New revenue generated from new AI solutions/products
· Number of new technology evaluations completed (6-8 per year)
· Successful POCs developed and implemented (4-5 annually)
· Technology adoption rate by customers (>70% target)
