Job Description

  • Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the dark store's workflow, implementation of norms and other basic systems, and can be implemented on the ground;
  • Design and optimise user service business processes, adhering to the goal of light interaction and heavy experience to improve user satisfaction;
  • Identify pain points through daily feedback, business analysis and other means, establish effective process operation mechanism, enhance the team's problem-solving ability to empower them;
  • Familiar with the various aspects of the business line, orderly sorting of thorny issues, take the initiative to put forward improvement proposals for the business team and promote the implementation of demand projects;
  • Need to participate in the first line of each position process learning, single-volume peak support.

1. Operational Excellence:

  • Process Improvement: The candidate should have a proven track record in developing, implementing, and optimizing workflows. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies would be a plus.
  • Implementation: Ability to translate plans and processes into actionable steps and ensure they are executed effectively on the ground.
  • Dark Store Operations: Familiarity with the unique challenges and operational flow of a dark store environment (e.g., order fulfillment, inventory management, picking and packing).

2. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Business Process Analysis: The ability to analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Pain Point Identification: Skill in gathering feedback, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement in user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: A structured approach to problem-solving, including root cause analysis and the development of effective solutions.

3. Leadership and Communication:

  • Team Empowerment: Ability to coach and mentor a team, fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams (e.g., business, operations, technology).
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders to adopt new processes and drive change.

4. Hands-on Approach:

  • Process Learning: Willingness to learn and understand the processes of different positions within the dark store.
  • Operational Support: Ability to step in and provide support during peak periods or when needed.
