Cybersecurity Engineer/SDM/SSAM

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Engineer /SDM/SSAM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and managing the cybersecurity posture of our organization. This role involves developing and updating cybersecurity policies and procedures, assisting with compliance for internal and external audits, and maintaining cybersecurity governance frameworks. The successful candidate will also conduct assessments of cybersecurity maturity and gaps, review cybersecurity architecture, and contribute to the development of strategic cybersecurity roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and develop comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure robust security practices.
• Assist in ensuring cybersecurity compliance for internal and external audits, including preparing necessary documentation and evidence.
• Maintain, update, and develop the Cybersecurity RASCI (Responsible, Accountable, Supportive, Consulted, Informed).
• Conduct Cybersecurity Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) assessments for IT and Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (C2M2) assessments for OT to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity governance frameworks, strategic planning, and roadmaps to align with organizational goals.
• Review and assess cybersecurity architecture for both IT and OT environments to ensure alignment with best practices and emerging threats.
• Assist in the development and management of Cyber Resilience and Business Continuity Management Systems for IT and OT environments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to management, highlighting cybersecurity status, risks, and recommendations.
