It reaches audiences through multi-platform experiences – premium broadcasting, digital streaming, gaming, radio, apps, events and more.Key responsibilities and accountabilities Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs on cybersecurity awareness for all employees.Conduct training sessions on Microsoft applications, ensuring users understand their functionalities and best practices.Collect and analyze business use cases to identify opportunities for integrating Microsoft applications into daily operations effectively.Prepare and disseminate IT-related announcements, policies, and procedures to ensure all employees are informed and compliant.Collaborate with IT and security teams to keep the content relevant and up to date.Create and implement cybersecurity awareness campaigns that resonate with employees and encourage safe practices.Monitor the effectiveness of awareness initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.Assist in developing and updating cybersecurity policies and procedures based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Ensure that all training materials align with the organization’s cybersecurity policies.Gather feedback from training participants to assess knowledge retention and areas for improvement.Stay current with cybersecurity trends and threats to ensure training content remains relevant.Work closely with various departments to foster a security-conscious culture and address specific training needs.
