Job Description:


We are looking for an Experience Strategist/Service Designer who will be a key member for CX pod, helping in developing propositions and concepts for multiple different initiatives across our clients business through analysis of the market, customer and competitors. The strategist will be heavily involved in planning the work for the pod, building and facilitating workshops, guiding the strategic thinking of the team and client and collaborating with other pod members to develop cohesive outputs such as customer journey maps, service blueprints, tested prototypes and an action plan (roadmap, RACI, etc.). The strategist should have previous experience working in fast paced environments such as Design Sprints and should be comfortable with managing ambiguity through the course of the project. The strategist should also be familiar with testing methodologies and be comfortable applying them to rapidly validate, learn and iterate on the work being done by the pod.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Customer led using a range of exploratory and assessment-based research techniques, and comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.


2. Focuses on understanding and enhancing the customer journeys as well.


3. Persona creation, customer journey mapping, and adapting customer journeys based on insights.


4. High levels of proficiency in leveraging Service Design/journey mapping to tackle problems
