Role Purpose
The primary purpose of the Customer Solutions Lead is to ensure exceptional customer excellence in the transport services at the Port of NEOM. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively engage with stakeholders, including logistics third parties, and drive the safety performance culture and current processes to optimize operations.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES&ACTIVITIES
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, IT, finance, and senior management, to ensure alignment of objectives and priorities for port operations.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as port authorities, government agencies, technology vendors, and industry associations to stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain, heavy lift and external transport management matters, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Oversee and track the progress of the integration of various projects around Neom to ensure safe discharge/loading of project cargo at the Port of Neom
- Advise on the on improvements within the port to all stakeholders through post mortems and customer engagement.
- Identify and evaluate innovative solutions to enhance port operations and streamline processes, in collaboration with the Heavy Lift and Traffic Manager.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols in all operations.
- Act as a liaison for the Port of Neom with BCO’s, transport providers and other key stakeholders within the Neom sectors and/or external suppliers.
- Align all departments on future cargo handling and provide guidance to the relevant
departments.

BACKGROUND,SKILLS&QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading cross- functional teams.
- Strong understanding of port operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Heavy lift experience with various cargo types
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change and
innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in port operations, supply chain management, or
technology integration roles.
