Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to join our team in, Riyadh. As a Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing our customer service representatives to ensure they provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct training sessions for new customer service representatives to onboard them and familiarize them with our company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources, to support the training program.
  3. Assess the training needs of the customer service team and create customized training plans to address any skill gaps.
  4. Deliver ongoing training sessions to enhance the customer service skills of existing representatives.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer service representatives to identify areas for improvement and provide additional coaching and support as needed.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service training or a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  4. Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  5. Experience with e-learning platforms and other digital training tools.
