Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives.
- Ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor customer service performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customer situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
