Job Description

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in the insurance and third-party administration (TPA) sector by acting as the primary point of contact for clients. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about insurance products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Provide detailed information about insurance products and services to clients.
  3. Assist customers in completing insurance applications and claims processes.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies.
  8. Train new team members on customer service protocols and best practices.
  9. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post-interaction.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
