Customer Service Representative – EZOrder (Riyadh, KSA)

EZOrder, a leading B2B office supply company in Riyadh, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders received via email by inputting them into our system.
  • Maintain accurate client, product, and company data.
  • Ensure orders are processed efficiently and correctly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide basic support and information to clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data entry, customer service, or order processing.
