Job Description


Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer service agent to interact with customers, provide information about products and services, handle and resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about products and services, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with sales inquiries and process payments

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
