Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent 

Responsibilities: 
  •  Provide timely, accurate, and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or Customer
     Relationship Management system.
  •  Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions or escalating to relevant departments as needed.
  •  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  •  Request and collect required information and documentation to process RNPL applications.
  •  Collaborate with team members to address complex inquiries and improve customer experience.
  •  Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  •  Assist in analyzing customer feedback to enhance our support services.
Requirements: 

  •  female
  •  Good command of English.
  •  College degree in Business administration or a relevant field.
  •  Experience in banks or financial institutions is preferred.
  •  Good knowledge in using MS OfÏce, Google Drive Tools, and customer management systems.
  • 1-3 Years Experience
