Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities:
Provide timely, accurate, and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or Customer
Relationship Management system.
Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions or escalating to relevant departments as needed.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Request and collect required information and documentation to process RNPL applications.
Collaborate with team members to address complex inquiries and improve customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Assist in analyzing customer feedback to enhance our support services.
Requirements:
female
Good command of English.
College degree in Business administration or a relevant field.
Experience in banks or financial institutions is preferred.
Good knowledge in using MS OfÏce, Google Drive Tools, and customer management systems.
1-3 Years Experience
