• Work Mode: Remote from Saudi Arabia
Role & responsibilities:
• Build comprehensive account strategies for downstream oil and gas clients in Saudi Arabia, ensuring strong engagement and business growth.
• Leverage deep market knowledge and personal connections within oil marketing companies to drive sales and establish long-term relationships.
• Identify new opportunities and successfully sell automation solutions to end clients in the downstream Oil & Gas sector across the region.
• Work closely with internal product teams to create project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and manage teams effectively.
• Ensure an outstanding Total Customer Experience (TCE) across all managed accounts, fostering trust and satisfaction.
• Formalize account relationships, address all products and solutions, and implement a growth strategy to maximize customer share across assigned territories.
• Track payment milestones and proactively follow up with multiple clients to ensure timely payments.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and other systems to streamline lead generation, opportunity tracking, and deal registration for operational efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the product portfolio, industry advancements, and domain expertise to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Enhance market presence and strengthen brand recognition in Saudi Arabia through strategic initiatives.
• Actively contribute to a positive, cooperative, and results-driven team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Candidate requirements:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in account management and/or software sales preferably in the Oil and Gad industry in the Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in selling automation, fleet management, POS, payment, or logistics solutions to the oil and gas industry.
• Based in Riyadh and must be willing to travel to all regions in Saudi Arabia
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical, business discipline, or equivalent in IT/Electronics or a related field.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
• Proficiency in project management software, MS office suite and sales analytical tools with Strong presentation skills
• Strong account planning, negotiation, and presentation skills
