Job Description
1. Clients, management, curriculum staff and
assigned Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
2. Instructional System Development process
including planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and
evaluation.
3. Course Control Documents (CCDs) including Course
Synopsis (CS), Course Training Standards (CTS) and Coerce Instructional Plans
(CIPs).
4. Training support materials including Presentation
display products and student support material.
5. Assessment and evaluation strategies and
documents.
Requirements1. Minimum
extensive 5 years in documented experience working in a curriculum development
position providing services and products.
2. Proficient with
Microsoft office including (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and skills in Microsoft’s Access
and Project desirable. Multimedia skills highly desirable.
3. Knowledge of RSAF
and USF training systems and manuals, learning theories including those of Gagne
and Bloom, computer training (CBT) theory and models.BenefitsPositions available at various locations in-Kingdom
