Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Ensure the platform’s scalability to support increasing traffic and international expansion.
- Implement robust, scalable, and secure systems and architectures.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technology department, including software development, infrastructure management, and technical support.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Drive the development of new features and enhancements to improve user experience and expand our product offerings.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other executives, product managers, and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure the highest standards of security and data privacy. Implement best practices for risk management and regulatory compliance.
