Responsibilities:
Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Customize and configure CRM workflows and modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Perform system testing and troubleshooting.
Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.
Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CRM system.
