In this role, you will be responsible for managing our CRM system, optimizing customer data, and enhancing our overall customer relationship management processes. Your expertise in HubSpot will be invaluable in ensuring that our marketing and sales teams have the tools and insights necessary to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Responsibilities Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring accurate data entry and data hygiene. Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and growth. Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and improve lead management processes. Provide training and support for team members on CRM best practices and HubSpot features. Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates and CRM trends to continually enhance our systems and processes.
