Description
Implement CRM System for personalised customer relation activities like Birthday emails, Attention-Grabbing, and Promotions.Maintain clean and categorised databases (Grouping Customer Segments ).Manage various campaigns including Email campaign management.Analyse data and provide reports to management for decision-making.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's/Certificates in a relevant field is preferred.Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Data analytics, CRM and loyalty program management, hospitality experience is a plus.Familiarity with CRM software and database managementDemonstrated success in CRM system management and loyalty program development.Proficiency in managing and customizing CDP and CRM software to align with business needs.Expertise in designing and executing loyalty programs that enhance customer retention and engagement.Skill in leveraging data to design and implement targeted marketing strategies and promotions.
