The Crisis Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective crisis management strategies that ensure our organization can swiftly and efficiently handle adverse situations. This includes coordinating emergency responses, conducting thorough risk assessments, drafting communication plans, and leading training programs on crisis management.
· Improve and maintain the Crisis Management Framework, Plan.
· Enhance, implement, and maintain the crisis management capability.
· Act as Crisis Coordinator.
· Lead training of Crisis Management Committee chairs, members and secretariat.
· Lead regular crisis drills and scenarios.
· Improve and maintain the Incident Management Framework.
· Coordinate with Emergency Management Framework and other complementary Frameworks.
Provide support as needed to Business Continuity Management System.
