Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Sta ndards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact . Supervise, train and motivate Cre dit Department employees to thoroughly under sta nd all of their duties and res ponsibilities. Take appropriate personnel-related action (i.e., hire, commend, discipline, evaluate, etc.) with Cre dit sta f f as required . Conduct training sessions for the Front Office sta f f and Catering & Sales sta f f on cre dit policies and procedu res . Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed.
