The agency specialises in creating unforgettable experiences and successfully launching award-winning brands. They are currently looking to hire a Creative Director who will play a pivotal role in driving the agency’s creative vision and strategy.
Role Overview:
As a Creative Director, you will be at the helm of innovative and high-impact campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will inspire and engage clients while ensuring that creative concepts align with strategic objectives. You will oversee the entire creative process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that each campaign is compelling, on-brand, and effective in meeting client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership & Vision: Lead the creative direction across all projects, ensuring the agency’s campaigns are innovative and high-quality.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and support the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Brand Strategy & Consistency: Ensure that creative output aligns with brand goals, maintaining consistency across all deliverables.
Concept Development & Execution: Develop and execute compelling creative concepts, from brainstorming to final delivery, ensuring high-impact results.
Client Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide creative direction, and deliver on expectations.
Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into creative strategies.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and client needs.
Requirements:
Experience: 8+ years in a leadership role within the creative industry.
Skills: Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to conceptualize, strategize, and execute creative campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with clients and teams.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your leadership in creative projects, innovative problem-solving, and high-quality work.
