Country sales Manager

The Country Sales Manager will oversee the strategic direction and growth of SinoTruk Rental Services at Galadari Saudi Corporation. This senior position requires a seasoned sales leader who can cultivate and maintain strong business relationships, drive market share growth, and elevate customer awareness of our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales management, exemplary communication skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Business Relations: Build, strengthen, and sustain high-level business relationships with key existing and prospective customers.
• Market Expansion: Identify and exploit new market opportunities to enhance customer awareness of SinoTruk Rental services.
• Sales Management: Lead sales calls, manage inquiries, prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals.
• Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of deal documentation, including credit approval processes.
• Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts and reports.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor and collaborate with peers to foster skill development and enhance sales capabilities across the team.
• Technical Proficiency: Gain in-depth technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the Truck Industry with a strong focus on sales leadership.
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
• Extensive experience with rental heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
