Job Description
The Count Leader (Finance) at Ninja will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial counting processes within the organization. This role involves directing a team to ensure accurate inventory counts, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the counting team to ensure accurate inventory counts on a scheduled basis.
- Develop and implement counting procedures and standards to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on inventory management and financial processes.
- Perform financial reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure financial records are accurate.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory counts and financial assessments for management review.
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and accuracy in counting procedures.
- Analyze counting data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Address any operational issues related to financial counting in a timely manner.
