Cost Engineer

You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. • Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to determine project costs.
• Create accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Monitor and track project expenses, providing regular cost reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop cost control strategies.
• Review and approve contractor invoices and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
