Responsible for controlling and monitoring project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes.
Perform technical and commercial review of subcontractor’s quotations for the preparation of Service agreements.
Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review monthly to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
The detailed planning of the project’s budget.

Technical Skills
Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Ability to create accurate cost estimates and budgets based on project requirements.
Cost Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing financial data, forecasting costs, and identifying variances.
Project Scheduling Tools: Knowledge of tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project for cost-loaded schedules.
ERP Systems: Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like dynamics, Oracle for financial reporting and integration.
Software Proficiency:
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, and data analysis).
Cost control software like Aconex, Procore, or CostX.
