Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to share details of scheduled and expected deliveries before starting each shift to ensure effectiveness
- Collect mails/letters/parcels, communicate them and deliver them to the required stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Sorting, delivering, and taking mails/letters/parcels from various offices at regularly scheduled intervals to ensure that correspondents can prepare responses in an appropriate manner and time
- Collect unwanted documents from relevant employees and shred them by approved methods to ensure the confidentiality of information
- Participate in providing administrative and clerical support as required, including preparing, copying, arranging, binding, archiving, and distributing the CEO's official documents, mail and other notices to him
- Ensuring obtaining a signature from mail recipients who work outside the STA on all documents upon delivery in order to facilitate the tracking process of mail
- Communicate verbally by phone when needed to answer correspondents' inquiries about the pick-up and delivery process
- Perform other activities as and when required
You will need to have:
- Recommended not less than 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred
