About our Corporate Performance Specialist Graduate Program
Our 12 month program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders.
It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth within the dynamic realm of the CEO Office.

Your role:
In this role you will manage performance measurement and periodic planning activities, including defining and managing the completion of work related to KPIs setting, measurement, reporting and improvement; OKRs setting, review, reporting and improvement; and annual business planning
Your Responsibilities
- Support the development of company wide KPIs, OKRs, and Annual Plan in collaboration with Strategy, Finance, and the CEO office
- Build a strong relationship with various departments to ensure coordination and cooperation
- Develop Team -level KPIs, OKRs, and Annual Plans, cascading from company wide plans and bottom-up from departmental priorities, in coordination with the departments
- In collaboration with the Strategy PMO, connect the Strategic Initiatives to the company and departmental plans, ensuring adequate resources are assigned to competing priorities
- Monitor company & department-level performance against KPIs, OKRs, and Annual Plans, in collaboration with the Data & BI team, as well as each department
- Conduct analysis and provide feedback to management on periodic basis for any corrective actions to achieve KPIs, OKRs, and Annual Plans
- Contribute to company-wide townhalls, QBRs, and annual planning sessions
- Department-level performance management touch points (e.g., departmental townhalls)
- Offline reporting, including periodic sharing of vital dashboards with the management
Your expertise:
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At a minimum, internship or co-op training experience in the Finance, Strategy, Investments, or related experience with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
Skills
- Advanced experience in Excel/GSheets and PowerPoint/GSlides
- SQL experience is a plus , allowing collaboration with the Data & BI teams
- Experience in data visualization best practices and software (ideally: Tableau)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
