Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and strategic direction in intellectual property (IP), governance, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of legal experience, with significant expertise in IP, governance, and M&A.
- A law degree from a reputable institution in the UK, US, or Europe.
- At least 2 years of experience at an international law firm is required.
- Native English speaker; fluency in spoken and written Arabic is essential.
