Description

Corporate Decision Support - CEO Office - Khobar, KSA - Manufacturing and Production (Petrochemical)
Provide strategic decision support to the CEO and offer guidance for business unit delivery:
Prepare briefings for the CEO on business matters relevant to the CEO's agenda to ensure informed strategic decisions.Act as a liaison, along with the Chief of Staff, to communicate the CEO's directives to business units across group companies.Ensure project follow-through and update the CEO on business status.Lead special projects assigned by the CEO that are unique or confidential.Generate new business ideas and validate CEO initiatives.Conduct proactive strategy reviews across various business aspects, validating assumptions and updating on evolving scenarios.Assist the CEO in navigating board of director's responsibilities.Ensure smooth CEO meetings and visits with accurate strategic guidance.
Keep the Chief of Staff informed of project developments and updates on group companies, including regular meetings and updates with group entities.Continuously seek process optimisation and improvements in operational methods.




Profile

Corporate Decision Support - CEO Office - Khobar, KSA - Manufacturing and Production (Petrochemical)


Proven experience in a Strategy Consulting Company Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are desirable.Sector experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals and similar fields is preferredCommunication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences, including senior management and external stakeholders.Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving alignment towards common goals.
