Job Description

  • Design, construct and implement Strategy to align Humans Resource policies, practices and programs.
  • Develop, maintain and implement People and Culture systems, processes, policies and infrastructure that deliver the strategic objectives.
  • High-level operational, support and advice.
  • People and Culture function and include leading effective strategic people management and problem-solving.
  • Developing and implementing best practices across the whole employee lifecycle including all employer obligations (legal and ethical) and a consistently positive employment experience.
  • Provide People and Culture strategic and operational leadership.
  • Ensure People and Culture initiatives are engaging, collaborative in design and of a high standard to attract, retain and build the capabilities of staff.
  • Lead the People and Culture and Organizational development agenda during a period of change.




  • تصميم وبناء وتنفيذ استراتيجية لمواءمة سياسات وممارسات وبرامج الموارد البشرية.
  • تطوير وصيانة وتنفيذ أنظمة وثقافة الأشخاص، والعمليات، والسياسات والبنية التحتية التي تحقق الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
  • تقديم الدعم والنصائح على مستوى عالٍ من التشغيل.
  • قيادة وظيفة الأشخاص والثقافة بما في ذلك القيادة الفعالة لإدارة الأشخاص الاستراتيجية وحل المشكلات.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات عبر دورة حياة الموظف بالكامل بما في ذلك جميع التزامات صاحب العمل (القانونية والأخلاقية) وتجربة توظيف إيجابية باستمرار.
  • تقديم القيادة الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية للأشخاص والثقافة.

Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business management.
  • MBA is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Human Resource systems and process or proven experience in corporate culture.
  • The basic salary is 3000 to 4500 Saudi Riyals, with accommodation and transportation paid by the company.

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.

  • الراتب الأساسي يتراوح بين 3000 إلى 4500 ريال سعودي، مع توفير السكن والنقل من قبل الشركة.
