Functional Accountabilities:
Maintain a daily, weekly, and monthly routine tasks. Support the team with various administrative tasks including product listing, drafting, and archiving agreements. Provide the business with any needed analysis & monthly performance reports. Consolidation and validation of data . Maintain professional communication with suppliers, other departments, and support functions. Set up and maintain filing systems. Monitor DSD deliveries and fill rates. Help in maintaining commercial department procedures. Arrange BDF and Other income by each vendor on monthly basis with keeping records. Creating Purchase Order ( DC /DSD) Cost/Retail Update (KVI/warm/cold) MDM ticketing ( Maintaining SKU status / New SKU Creation /Supplier Creation)
Skills
High School/Bachelor Degree Consumer and service-oriented. High proficiency in MO Good communication Skills. Excellent presentation skills. Language (Arabic/English
