We are currently seeking an experienced Control system Technician to join the Western Area Pipelines Department (WAPD)
This department focuses on transporting oil, gas and refined products throughout the west of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The candidate primary role will be performing all technical support for all field instrumentation and control systems and subsystems at WAPD facilities.
The successful candidate responsibilities will include the following:
a. SCADA Control System (Siemens CS7 & PCS7 Telecontrol).
b. PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, ABB, Emerson, Yokogawa, GE).
c. DCS (Yokogawa, ABB, Honeywell, Siemens)
d. ESD (ICS Triplex, Triconex, Siemens S7-400H-FS, Prosafe-RS).
e. Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) (Bristol Babcock, Emerson, Yokogawa Stardom, ABB)
f. Fire Control System.
g. Metering and Proving Control System and Skid.
h. Vibration Monitoring System (GE-Bentley-Nevada 3500).
i. Radar Tank Gauging (RTG).
i. Gas Compressor Control systems; GE Mark Vie; Safety System: GE Mark VieS; Over Speed Protection System: Torquetronic 800; PROMEL Fire and Gas System)
