Job Description

Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.Negotiating product and service agreements in addition to reviewing contractor performance to determine the need for contractual amendments.Ensure the fulfillment of contract terms by coordinating with clients regarding contractual stipulations and regulations.Design and negotiate product and service contracts while assessing contractor performance to verify the need for amendments.
