As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the drafting, negotiation, and administration of contracts for property transactions and development projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to contracting projects and services.
  • Ensuring all contracts comply with legal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with legal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
  • Monitoring contract performance and enforcing compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed records of contract documents and related correspondence.
  • Conducting risk assessments and advising on potential contractual risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitating contract amendments, renewals, and terminations as needed.
  • Providing support and guidance on contract interpretation and execution to project managers and other departments.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management.
  • Developing and implementing contract management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management within the contracting industry.
  • Strong understanding of contracting laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal documents and contracts.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle contract disputes effectively.
