Job Description

The Contract Manager/Claim Manager plays a pivotal role in the construction and building industry, particularly in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This position is designed for professionals with extensive experience in contract management and claims resolution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle. The role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and legal teams, to mitigate risks and enhance project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage contract documents, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined.
  2. Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  3. Negotiate contract terms with clients and subcontractors to achieve favorable outcomes.
  4. Monitor project progress and compliance with contractual obligations.
