Contract / Commercial Manager

JASARA PMC is actively searching for a skilled and experienced Contract / Commercial Manager to join our dedicated team. The Contract / Commercial Manager will play a key role in overseeing contract management processes and commercial strategies to ensure project success.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of contracts, from initial negotiation through execution and performance evaluation. You will also focus on maximizing financial performance and minimizing risks associated with contracts.

• Manage and oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contract performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate commercial risks and optimize contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the effective management of commercial relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular reviews of contract performance and provide reports to senior management.
• Coordinate claims and variations, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
