Your role:


  • Perform commercial and legal contract reviews to ensure contract compliance.
  • Request maintenance of customer master data and ensure accurate execution of SAP contracts.
  • Generate and monitor guarantees, down payment requests, and Fixed Ratio Calculations.
  • Execute Lease Classifications, contract modifications, and maintain the start date for contracts based on handover protocol.
  • Monitor order costs and escalate non-conformance costs where necessary.
  • Review and ensure compliance with partner target agreements, rebate models, and warranty conditions.
  • Conduct compliance reviews for CRP/CPT budgets and maintain contract renewals.
  • Archive, cancel, and link sales orders as required, ensuring accuracy in contract documentation.
  • Reconcile CPR, upload results and inventory, and process fixed budget invoicing.
  • Generate stakeholder ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Process work pool items and ensure efficient management of day-to-day contract administration tasks.

Your Qualifications:


  • Successfully completed studies in accounting, finance, business administration, or an equivalent area.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in financial controlling and contract management.
  • Applicants with vocational training and further qualifications in combination with long-term professional experience are also welcome.
  • Deep understanding of business processes in corporate structures, particularly in ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Experience participating in digitalization projects and improving process efficiency.
  • Solid knowledge of business analysis, with the ability to support the design and implementation of processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in controlling and reporting activities.
  • Ability to handle day-to-day contract administration tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • You are familiar with the accounting standards IFRS15 and IFRS16
  • Fluent in English, Arabic would be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in Diagnostics (DX) is a must.
