The Content Creator will be responsible for developing creative content for social media platforms, including videos, posts, and event coverages. This role requires a charismatic individual who is comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with audiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, strong communication skills, and the ability to capture compelling stories through their phone.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including videos, photos, and posts. On-Site Coverage: Visit various sites, events, and projects to capture live content, including videos and photos, using a smartphone. Video Appearance: Appear in videos and engage with the audience by speaking on camera, providing commentary, and showcasing events and projects. Event Coverage: Provide live coverage of events, both internal and external, ensuring dynamic and engaging content is captured and shared in real me. Content Planning: Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing strategies and business objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, media and PR teams to ensure cohesive content strategy and execution
Requirements
Bachelors marketing or business administration. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role. Good knowledge of the property market Depth knowledge in social media Depth knowledge of Media Production and creative process Proficiency in video editing software and photo editing tools. Sharp strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate data insights into a robust marketing strategy Good understanding of social media platforms and web analytics Creativity and commercial awareness Good understanding of social media practice Highly articulate individuals with excellent communications and presentation skills are essential. A team player with a customer-oriented approach Excellent project management skills Strong writing and editing skills Ability to analyse campaign reports to identify required optimizations Highly presentation individual with a professional attitude Excellent people management skills Excellent Negotiation skills
