Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of gynaecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, infertility, and pelvic pain.
- Perform a variety of gynaecological procedures, such as hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and colposcopies.
- Manage high-risk pregnancies and deliver complex births.
- Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
- Clinical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of obstetrics and gynaecology.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in obstetrics and gynaecology.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential:
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
- Significant clinical experience in obstetrics and gynaecology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
- Desirable:
- Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., infertility, gynaecologic oncology)
- Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
- A passion for teaching and research
