Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders, including stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease.
- Perform a wide range of neurological procedures, such as lumbar punctures and electromyography.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex neurological cases.
- Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
- Clinical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of neurology.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neurology technology and techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential:
- Board certification in Neurology
- Significant clinical experience in neurology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
- Desirable:
- Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., neurology, neurophysiology)
- Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
- A passion for teaching and research
