Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day construction operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources.
  • Lead and supervise a team of foremen, laborers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prioritize safety on the construction site.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
  • Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Prepare regular progress reports.
  • Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to contract terms.
  • Oversee the utilization and maintenance of construction equipment.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and address their concerns promptly.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Understanding of Saudi Arabian construction standards and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
