Specific AccountabilitiesProvide leadership and advice on HSE matters to implementation contractor personnel working at the site.Ensure the implementation of all EPCM HSE Plan requirements across the EPCM portfolio of projects.Participate in daily planning meetings involving implementation contractors to ensure effective implementation of project HSE requirements.Review implementation contractor Job Hazard Assessments (JHA), work permits applications, complimentary certificates and verify implementation of requirements at the job site.Demonstrate leadership and commitment to the achievement of HSE objectives and to the success of all Contract / Project HSE initiatives.Maintain knowledge of current governing regulations, codes and practices and inform the HSE Lead whenever revisions to the HSE Plan are required.Report all instances of HSE non-compliance, including unsafe act(s) / condition(s) and incidents, including near misses.Ensure site HSE inspection and audit programs are implemented.Ensure EPCM and implementation contractor personnel have completed and maintain their HSE training current.Monitor effectiveness of communication materials, i.e. Job Bulletins, Toolbox Talk, Safe Observation Cards, Safety Alerts, Lessons Learned, etc.
