Eram Talent, a premier Talent Acquisition firm, is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a short-term 6-month project. This role involves the comprehensive management of construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met with the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duration of the Project : 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead project teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance; implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards and complies with local regulations and safety requirements.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities among various stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them; address issues as they arise to keep the project on track.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
