Job Description

  • As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Forge strong partnerships with clients, architects, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals, guaranteeing full compliance with legal requirements, codes, and regulations during project execution.
  • Furthermore, take charge of project finances, enact budgetary controls, and furnish meticulous financial reports to secure the economic triumph of each project, all while cultivating a positive team culture and enabling effective stakeholder communication.
  • Foster productive relationships with clients, architects, and regulatory entities to secure essential permits and approvals, maintaining strict conformity with all relevant legal statutes, codes, and regulations.
  • Take charge of project scheduling, vigilantly track progress, and promptly tackle any construction-related hurdles or delays, all while ensuring stakeholders are kept abreast of developments.

Skills

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, is crucial for scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project progress.
  • A Construction Project Manager should excel in risk analysis, problem-solving, and adapting to unforeseen challenges.
