Job Description

  • As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Utilize your expertise in overseeing quality control measures to ensure strict adherence to industry standards and regulations throughout all construction activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgetary constraints, and strict adherence to safety regulations.
  • Your collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors will be vital in formulating meticulous project plans and schedules, efficiently distributing tasks and responsibilities among team members.
  • Maintain efficient project documentation management, handling contracts, permits, and change orders meticulously to establish a comprehensive and orderly record of the construction process.
  • Oversee and coordinate the entire construction process as a Construction Manager, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring timely delivery, budgetary compliance, and strict adherence to safety measures.
  • We require applicants to hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
