Job Description

  • Monitoring and controlling the progress of construction activities will be a crucial part of your role, addressing any issues that may arise to maintain project efficiency.
  • Utilize your expertise in overseeing quality control measures to ensure strict adherence to industry standards and regulations throughout all construction activities.
  • Maintain your role as the central point of contact, regularly updating clients, senior management, and other stakeholders on project status, budgetary updates, and necessary adjustments.
  • Your responsibility will entail consistent monitoring and control of construction progress to swiftly identify and tackle any issues, ultimately enhancing project efficiency.
  • Engage in close collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to craft detailed project plans and schedules, effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate team members.
  • Oversee and coordinate the entire construction process as a Construction Manager, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring timely delivery, budgetary compliance, and strict adherence to safety measures.
  • Thorough familiarity with construction processes, codes, regulations, and industry best practices is crucial to ensure that all projects meet the necessary local and national requirements.


Skills

  • Mandate experience with Mega Projects ( Hotels)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a must, with a minimum of 12+ years' relevant experience in managing construction projects.
  • Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools for scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation, along with the ability to analyze and interpret project data, is crucial for this role.
  • The chosen candidate should possess exceptional leadership and communication skills to navigate and guide construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project's journey.
  • We are seeking applicants who have demonstrated their ability to handle pressure, solve problems, and make critical decisions while effectively managing Mega projects through exceptional organizational and time management skills.
