Position: Construction Manager

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:


- Plan and manage all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control


- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met


- Monitor and control project costs to ensure they stay within budget


- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately and efficiently


- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards


- Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and contractors


- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues


- Proactively identify and resolve potential project risks and issues


- Review and approve all project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports


- Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering.


- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a leadership role


- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials


- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills


- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects


- Proficiency in project management software and tools


- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications


- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry


- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
