Job Title: Construction Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure project execution aligns with safety, quality, and budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor site progress and resolve any operational challenges.
- Manage workforce, subcontractors, and material procurement.
- Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Expertise in construction management, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
