Job Description

A leading construction company in the Eastern Region, committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Construction Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.



  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and standards.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
  • Manage and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make critical decisions effectively in high-pressure situations, alongside outstanding organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
